Miley Cyrus got Sued...!!!

Miley Cyrus' older half-sister Brandi has reportedly been sued by an LA-based 'model' called Yolande Ngom over a dog bite.

According to TMZ, the 27-year-old presenter's female German Shepherd Feather attacked Yolande 'unprovoked' in their apartment building.

In her court documents, Yolande claimed that a Cyrus employee was handling Feather when the dog bit her right thigh, which left 'scars so bad she'll never be able to work as a model again.

Four-time Grammy nominee Billy Ray Cyrus adopted Brandi and younger brother Trace after marrying their mother Leticia 'Tish' Finley in 1993.

The entire Nashville family are noted dog lovers - especially 21-year-old Miley who's mother to Rough Collie Emu, Pitt Bull Mary Jane, Rottweiler-beagle mix Happy, and Chihuahua mix Bean. 

The outrageous pop diva has suffered through a lot of doggie drama over the past two years.

The Wrecking Ball hitmaker's Alaskan Klee Kai Floyd was killed by a coyote in April, and her Yorkshire Terrier Lila was killed by her fiancé Liam Hemsworth's English Bulldog Ziggy last year.

Ngom - professionally known as Mancini - is suing Brandi and Miley's production company Smiley Miley for lost wages and medical bills.

Last year, the socialite-turned-equestrian hosted her own talk show Brandiville and she also runs a blog called Style Native. 

Brandi's next acting role will be playing Angel in this year's horror flick Old 37.

She’s just being Miley? Miley Cyrus dissed Nicki Minaj by twerking while wearing a prosthetic butt that was reminiscent of the famous rappers ‘Anaconda’ cover art during her Sept. 11, concert in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

It seems that Miley Cyrus, 21, is not done twerking just yet!  The singer brought back her signature dance move while wearing a prosthetic butt that looked an awful lot like Nicki Mianj‘s ”Anaconda” cover art while singing her hit song, “23” during her “Bangerz” concert on Sept. 11!

It looks like Miley is up to her old tricks again! The stunning singer sported a prosthetic butt on Sept. 11, that definitely looked to be Nicki’s.
During a performance of “23” Miley took the stage in a silver one piece while sporting the fake butt and twerking during the song! She certainly has a lot of energy and never gives a dull performance!
This is not the first time that Miley has focused in on Nicki’s assets. As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, the “We Can’t Stop” singer posted a picture of Nicki’s ‘Anaconda’ cover art with her Disney channel character, Hannah Montana’s face!  Nicki was not very happy with what Miley had done, and took to Instagram showing off the picture with the caption, “Give me one good reason why Miley made this her twitter avi. #AnacondaOniTunes.”
While this may be Miley’s form of a harmless diss, it seems that all is well between the two huge music stars! As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, the music icons were seated right next to each other at the MTV Video Music Awards on Aug. 24! Looks like it is all just fun! Hopefully Nicki’s will take it as a compliment and enjoy Miley’s twerking!

Miley is no stranger to pushing the limits with everything that she does! During NYFW the stunner showed off her bright and extremely creative sense of style. She attended the Jeremy Scott Spring/Summer 2015 runway show wearing a bright look from head-to-toe while displaying her killer abs! Only Miley could pull of this extremely cool and daring look!
On Sept. 6, she showed off her most daring look yet by wearing ice cream themed pasties to the Alexander Wang after party! She once again showed off her amazing body and accessorized by wearing pink glitter on her exposed chest. Definitely a shocking look, but once again Miley made it work!
